Peeps and Prosecco Easter Brunch Cocktail

I decided to make a fun cocktail that would be perfect to serve at an Easter brunch or even a baby shower that has a bunny or chick theme. Either way this is super easy.

You'll need:

  1. Bubbly of your choice. I use prosecco.

  2. Brew Glitter. It's an edible glitter and I always bust it out for holiday drinks. I used rose gold this time. You can. Purchase it here.

  3. Peeps

  4. Paper straw

  5. Sugar sprinkles for rimming the glass

  6. Lemon slice also for rimming the glass

So run the lemon wedge on the top rim to wet it enough to pick up the sprinkles. Have a small plate with the sprinkles on it, and run the top of the glass in the sprinkles. Next add the brew glitter and then too with the bubbly. I took a paper straw and stabbed the Peep on the top of it. If any Peep gets stuck in the straw use a toothpick to get it out. Gently stir the drink to activate the glitter. Cheers.
