Hi.

Orange strawberry mimosa

Since I have lost track of days, I decided to make a fun twist on a classic. The temperature is rising here in Arizona, and this is my favourite poolside drink

You need orange juice (store bought or fresh squeezed). Strawberries. Champagne or any bubbles you like. I don't recommend rosé, I stick with champagne or Prosecco. Chilled.

In a blender combine:

2 cups of orange juice (double ingredients if you are making more)

1/2 cup of fresh strawberries with the stem cutoff.

Blend until smooth.

Now depending on how strong you like your drink, will depend on how much of the juice mix you add. Pour the chilled bubbles in (I usually do 2/3 of the way) and SLOWLY top with the juice mixture. Be careful. Bubbles and juice can make a mess if you don't pay attention. There you have it! A simple twist on an original
